	Infrared Services
		Thermography: Quickly and accurately document problem areas in your electrical and mechanical equipment with infrared imaging equipment.  Recorded heat emissions allow for accurate identification of potential problem areas, targeting high and low voltage connections, bus run, transformers, switch gear, motor control center, motors, and rotating equipment. Inspections are conducted while the facility is in full operation.   Roofing Inspection: Infrared testing of roofing systems locates water damaged areas and identify emerging problems before they become costly. A quick, accurate and nondestructive thermographic inspection may also eliminate unnecessary roof replacement.   Inspection Reports: Recommendations are prioritized into three categories:     1)  where immediate corrective action is necessary   2)  where corrective action should be taken as soon as possible   3)  where corrective action should be taken at the next scheduled shutdown The inspection is followed by an exit conference to review and discuss the findings. Documentation of the inspection, including computer enhanced photos of problem areas and a formal, written report are delivered within two days of the completion of the inspection.   Ultrasonic Inspections: High pitch frequencies allow inspection for pressure and vacuum leaks, electrical emissions, bearing failure, motor failure, underground leaks, steam traps, etc.
	Natural Catastrophe Analysis
		Windstorm (hurricanes/tornadoes): XL GAPS wind team conducts detailed analysis of your facilities and their surroundings.  Prevent damage and develop pre-emergency plans with our help, ensuring your businesses can continue to operate after a windstorm event.   Earthquake: XL GAPS earthquake team determines the potential impact of seismic events, advises on recommendations to mitigate losses, and identifies areas where improvements can be made to emergency preparedness plans and helps to develop a continuity plan.   Flood: Using flood maps and zones identified by government agencies, XL GAPS can identify facilities that may be prone to flooding, provide potential loss estimates, and assist in the facilities planning to mitigate losses and continue operations.   Other Natural Hazards: Other natural hazards that can be reviewed with you include other earth movement such as landslides, subsidence (sinkholes), unstable soils, freezing, arctic freezing, volcanism and excessive roof loads due to weather related incidents.
